Mission Details 
 
Your mission is to translate abstract event concepts and brand identities into fully realized, visually stunning environments. From moodboards to renderings and technical plans, you’ll shape how guests physically experience our events. You’ll work closely with the creative director, project managers, and production teams to develop set designs that balance beauty, functionality, and feasibility.


Key Responsibilities:
 
Creative Design & Visual Development

• Develop set and stage design concepts from brief to execution

• Create mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and presentation decks

• Collaborate with event planners and clients to interpret their vision into design

Technical Planning & Production Handoff

• Produce detailed floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings

• Source materials, props, furnishings, and decorative elements

• Coordinate with fabricators, builders, and technical suppliers

Site & Event Support

• Conduct site visits and assess venue capabilities and limitations

• Supervise the installation and breakdown of event designs onsite

• Provide creative problem-solving during production

Required Profile
 
Education & Experience

• Degree in Set Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in spatial/event design, ideally in a creative or luxury setting

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills

• Understanding of spatial planning, materials, lighting, and build processes

• Attention to detail and ability to design with both aesthetics and practicality in mind

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Bonus Points
 

• Experience with high-end, fashion, or experiential events

• 3D rendering and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Twinmotion, Enscape)

• Hands-on experience in fabrication or set building.
