Mission Details
 
As our Digital Developer, you’ll lead the development of web-based event microsites, digital invitations, live-stream integrations, AR/VR prototypes, and internal digital tools. You’ll bring our creative ideas to life through interactive technologies, collaborating closely with the design and production teams to deliver elegant, high-performance solutions.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Event Tools & Experiences

• Develop event microsites, RSVP platforms, and digital guest interfaces

• Implement livestream, real-time interaction tools (chat, polls, social walls, etc.)

• Build internal dashboards, client portals, and presentation systems

Front-End & UX Focus

• Ensure sleek, high-end front-end execution across devices

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, functional code

• Optimize animations, transitions, and visual performance

Creative & Technical Collaboration

• Partner with designers to create interactive prototypes and mockups

• Work with AV/tech teams to support hybrid and virtual event elements

• Contribute digital ideas to creative brainstorms and pitches

 
 
Required Profile

Education & Experience

• Degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in digital development, preferably within creative or agency settings

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)

• Experience integrating APIs, livestream tools, and analytics

• Keen eye for design, animations, and user experience

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, concept-driven environments

Bonus Points
 

• Experience with WebGL, Three.js, AR/VR frameworks, or creative coding

• Motion design and interaction prototyping skills (Framer, GSAP)

• Fluency in German
